The TownePlace Suites Tempe is located just two tenths mile from the Arizona Mills outlet mall and four miles from Arizona State University. Downtown Phoenix is fifteen miles northwest of the hotel.
Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with work space. Some studios also have a sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, one full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas.
