Downtown Dayton is five miles south of the hotel.Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with fireplace in some units. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and fireplace on the main level.
