You will receive a confirmation number from Alliance Reservations
Network immediately upon making your reservation. Alliance Reservations
Network then works behind the scenes with the hotel in order to
pass the hotel's confirmation number to you.
Alliance Reservations Network uses secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption,
the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows
our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit
card and personal information.
Alliance Reservations Network works closely with the hotels in
our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested
dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation
on your credit card amount, Alliance Reservations Network issues
a confirmation. In addition, Alliance will forward you the actual
hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day
of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show
in the results list if your arrival date is today.

Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This
information can be found on the property information page for
the specific hotel.

Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information
pages for information on parking.
Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per
room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate
for your room when you select the number of adults that will be
staying in the room.
Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give
you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the
tab: "directions to hotel", enter your address and click "submit". You
will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.

Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some
require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this
and other hotel amenities on the hotel's property information
pages.
All hotel reservations booked through the Alliance Reservations
Network are guaranteed to be the lowest rate available. If you
find a lower rate for the same dates and the same hotel, the process
is simple: Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours of
booking Alliance Reservations Network will either refund the difference
or cancel the reservation without penalty. * This guarantee may
not apply to special events or third party bookings. Refund amount
will be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation.

The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel
chain a number of times per year. Alliance Reservations Network
strives to have the most accurate and complete hotel information
available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property
to update and change information when appropriate.

Alliance Reservations Network works closely with many hotels to
provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In
most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online
hotel booking websites. These internet-hot-deals are always displayed
first for any city hotel search and are designated with a "hot-deals"
link.
Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on
the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional
fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help
Alliance Reservations Network and their affiliate network offer
the lowest rates on the Internet.
I didn't approve this. The $5.00 a room night fee was charged
to your card when you made your reservation through the Alliance
Reservations Network. The fee was disclosed in the rates confirmation
page at the time of your booking. This fee is charged on hotel
rooms in order for us to provide the latest technology and great
service. You agreed to the Alliance Reservations Network terms
and conditions when you placed your reservation. That is why these
fees are on your card.
Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click
the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each
individual day reserved.
It depends on the room you book. Some of our hotel partners require
just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others
require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please
refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to
see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation.

You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just
make sure you include that person's name and information as the
guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest
and for the person paying with their credit card.

your questions. Alliance Reservations Network customer service
personnel will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your cancellation
or modification. Please check the hotel's cancellation policy
regarding refunds of reservation and/or deposit amounts. The policies
are clearly detailed and closely followed by Alliance Reservations
Network because of our contractual arrangements with the hotels. If
