Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to make you feel at home for a day, a week, a month or more. Our suites give you fifty percent more space than a traditional hotel room. The Residence Inn Houston Medical Center-Reliant Park is less than one mile from Reliant Park - Houston's premier convention, entertainment, sports and trade show venue featuring the Astrodome and Reliant Stadium. Rice University and the forty-one institutions of the Texas Medical Center are one mile from the hotel and downtown Houston is six miles northeast.
Studios are large open rooms with either one queen bed and sofa bed or two double beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area. Some studios with one queen bed and sofa bed also have a fireplace. Penthouse suites have one queen bed and three quarters bath in lofted bedroom and one double Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. Several penthouse suites have a bedroom with one queen bed on the main level instead of a Murphy bed in the living area. The bedroom and living rooms are separated by French doors. Penthouse suites are located on the second floor of the hotel. All accomodations have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles, yogurt and local specials.
