The Residence Inn Seattle South is one mile from Inflight Safety Training and Southcenter Shopping Mall, two miles from Boeing-Renton and thirteen miles from downtown Seattle. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living area with fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one king bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen bed behind French doors, full bath and furnished living area with fireplace on main level. A few penthouse suites have one double Murphy (pulldown) bed in the living area instead of the separate queen bedroom. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, full-size refrigerator with icemaker and microwave. A complimentary continental breakfast is offered daily in the Gatehouse featuring a variety of breads and pastries, cereals, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages and local specials.
